Service Scope
X4VPN provides subscription-based cross-border network acceleration, with coverage in 110+ countries and 160+ routes. It supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Specific connection details for routes and clients are shown in the user panel, where clients and subscription configurations are also available.
This service provides network connectivity; it does not sell third-party platform accounts, content or usage licenses. When accessing international websites, users must still meet the account, regional and content licensing requirements of the relevant platform. Route coverage does not guarantee access to every platform in every region.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. Keep your password and subscription configuration secure, and do not share your subscription address publicly. If you discover that someone else is using your account, change your password and report the situation by submitting a ticket. See the Privacy Policy for details on how account information is handled.
There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time, for devices managed by the user. This does not permit reselling or renting accounts, or sharing subscriptions with others. Do not publish subscription configurations or use them to provide commercial access to third parties.
Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is calculated based on the remaining days. Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB; they remain valid until used and never expire. Requirements for Lawful Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and to their activities, and must not use this service for unlawful purposes. Using the connection for network attacks, malicious scanning, distributing malware, stealing information, fraud, violating others' privacy or intellectual property, or sending unsolicited messages is prohibited.
Users are responsible for content they access, upload or distribute, and must follow the rules of the relevant websites and apps. Anonymous, no-log operation is the service's privacy policy; it does not exempt users from legal responsibility or constitute a commitment about how third-party platforms handle data.
Availability and Limitation of Liability
Connection performance depends on local networks, device settings, carrier routing, route maintenance and third-party platform policies. X4VPN does not guarantee uninterrupted connections, specific speeds, particular platform detection results or the continued availability of third-party content. Information about route maintenance or adjustments will be posted in site announcements or the user panel.
If you encounter connection issues, first consult the troubleshooting guide, then submit a ticket with a description of the issue and any relevant error information. Do not submit your password or complete subscription address. The service is not liable for third-party failures beyond its reasonable control. This disclaimer does not affect liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Payment and Refund Terms
Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are accepted. You may request a no-questions-asked full refund within 30 days of your first payment. To apply, sign in to the user panel and submit a request through the ticket portal, including the relevant order information so the payment record and request status can be verified.
A refund request does not require a connection issue. The decision and progress will be communicated through the ticket. Processing times may vary by payment channel; these terms make no commitment about arrival times not listed here. For questions or disputes about an order or refund, add details to the original ticket.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
If a user engages in unlawful use, reselling or sharing, service attacks or other conduct that violates these terms, X4VPN may suspend the relevant connections or terminate the account depending on the impact. The reason will be explained, and users can ask for a review through a ticket. Users may submit an explanation for review; suspension or termination does not waive any rights available under applicable law.
When these terms change due to service or compliance requirements, the updated version will be posted on this page. Important changes affecting user rights will also be announced on the site or in the user panel. Check the update month at the top of the page to confirm the version. If you have questions or do not accept a change, you may stop using the service and raise the matter through a ticket. These terms do not exclude remedies available to users under applicable law.
