Text-based activity uses data differently from video and file syncing, so time spent online alone won’t tell you how much data you need. In the panel, first check whether you’ve selected a monthly plan or a data bundle, then verify the allowance, price, and billing details. Monthly plan prices are per month; data bundle prices cover the full bundle. Don’t treat different products in the price list as having the same billing period or estimate your order total based on discounts not listed here.

Pay using the order instructions

For Alipay or WeChat Pay, follow the payment steps shown on the order page. For USDT, use the payment instructions provided there as well, and verify the details before proceeding. This page does not provide separate payment details; use the payment option for the relevant order in the user panel.

Confirm your order status after payment

After paying, return to the user panel to check the order status, plan name, and data details, then get the client and subscription. If the payment record and panel status don’t match, keep the order details and proof of payment, and explain the issue in a support ticket. Avoid repeating the payment before the cause has been checked. When sharing proof, hide account details unrelated to the order.

The refund policy and data rules apply separately. To request a refund, submit a ticket in the panel. Review the Terms of Service first to check eligibility.

Before requesting a refund, find the order and confirm its plan name, payment date, and payment method. Include your request and order details in the same ticket to make verification easier. You don’t need to disclose your account password, full subscription link, or personal information unrelated to the payment.

Check for replies in the same ticket after submitting your request. If you’re asked for proof of payment, keep the details needed for verification and hide anything unrelated. Submitting a ticket does not mean a refund has been issued. Check the ticket and order records for updates; no processing or payout timeframe is promised on this page.

How many devices can I use at once?

Use X4VPN on unlimited devices, including Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data, so consider the data used across all devices at the same time. Get the client and subscription details from the user panel.

How many days do I have to request a refund, and how do I apply?

30-day refunds. Sign in to the user panel and submit a refund request through the ticket system, including the order and payment details that need attention. Check for replies in the same ticket. Eligibility is subject to the Terms of Service. You do not need to provide your password or full subscription link.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Pay with Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Choose a plan in the user panel and check the amount and billing method, then follow the instructions on the order page.
